Jonathan E. Aibel is a co-founder of Americas Industrial Realty Corp., and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992. Mr. Aibel has been involved in South Florida Industrial Real Estate since 1981. As President of Pelmad Corporation he oversaw the development, leasing and management of a 2,000,000 square foot portfolio of industrial buildings in Miami – Dade County. In addition, with industrial partners, he developed Medley Commerce Center, North River Commerce Center, and Miramar Interchange Commerce Park.

Mr. Aibel is a Certified Public Accountant and a past president of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration.

Alexander Bernaldo is the President of Americas Industrial Realty Corporation. Mr. Bernaldo joined the company in 1996 where he developed into a specialist in commercial - industrial real estate sales and leasing expert. During his tenure, he has helped establish A.I.R.C. as one of South Florida’s premier brokerage companies. Throughout his successful career, Mr. Bernaldo has been recognized as one of South Florida’s top Industrial Realtors by CoStar, South Florida Business Journal and as a member of the Miami-Dade Commercial Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida. He specializes in commercial and industrial real estate in the South Florida Industrial Market Area. Mr. Bernaldo has an extensive knowledge and experience in sales, leasing, investments, consulting, tenant and landlord representation, marketing developments and property management.

Mr. Bernaldo received the international designation to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  He is one of the youngest professionals worldwide to obtain what is now consider the highest designations that exist in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Bernaldo is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Alfredo Santurio has been specializing in Leasing and Sales of Industrial Properties for the past 15 years. Representing institutional and local real estate investors, Al has developed the expertise in developing business relationships. Al is a member of the Industrial Association of Dade County. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Michael Silva has extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate Marketing. Michael helped develop and currently maintains multiple websites, one for Americas Industrial Realty Corp. and the other for Alexander Bernaldo; Local Industrial Properties. His responsibilities include, overseeing all of the companies marketing efforts, the development of company brochures, coordinating the marketing mail out program, researching availabilities / trends of the Miami-Dade industrial market, preparation of company packages, updating the websites, and the administration of the computer systems / interoffice network.

Jesus Cortes has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 13 years with extensive experience in lease consulting, marketing programs and systems administration. Mr. Cortes responsibilities are to assist in property showings, follow-up with prospects and brokers, develop marketing materials, coordinate marketing campaigns.

Joining Americas Industrial Realty Corporation March 2007 Raymond Diaz adds over 17 years business ownership, management, sales, marketing and real estate experience to the pool of  talented brokers and associates of the firm. Through those years Diaz has honed his leadership skills and developed a work ethic which has allowed him to form a perspective of increased responsibility, consistent and mature judgment.  His ability to make immediate contributions allows him the flexibility to adapt and follow through on new ideas which work for the good of the organization.  His hands on approach to tasks is reinforced by his familiarity with relevant technical and computer software that is the fit in a work place, where the demands of a successful industrial real estate company require effective customer service and communication.

Ronald Marrero has been in the real estate profession for over 3 years. Since joining Americas Industrial Realty Corporation in 2009 he has been involved in numerous transactions both in sales and leasing. Ronald is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is currently a candidate for the Florida CPA exam. Ronald is pursuing a second Masters Degree in International Real Estate at Florida International University through which he is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition, he is an expert in the ARGUS – Valuation DCF, the industry wide software for managing and growing commercial real estate portfolios. With a background in real estate sales and financing, Mr. Marrero is affiliated with organizations such as Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County (RAMB), Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His dedication and paramount level of commitment is in providing the highest level of quality service.

Deborah Garcia, Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Jonathan E. Aibel has been in the real estate field for over 20 years. Ms. Garcia has extensive experience in office and property management, monthly reporting and budgeting for privately owned and institutional clients with assets totaling over six million square feet of industrial warehouse property.  Her wide-ranging skills and management expertise are welcomed assets to our team. Ms. Garcia's responsibilities include cooperating broker agreements, vendor agreement, listing agreement, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Mayra Rondan, is our first point of contact at Americas Industrial Realty Corporation. Besides directing communications, Ms. Rondan assists with all the marketing efforts, updating our inventory of available properties, and assists in the preperation of brochures.
